An easy way to monitor students' behaviour or performance across the school
From the teachers' portal, teachers can flag a student. Green flag for an exceptional piece of work, an outstanding behaviour or any other event that deserves praise. Red flag for a missing homework, an inappropriate behaviour,etc...
The interesting feature of Outof7 is that a colored flag will appear next to the student name for a customizable period of time (default is 10 days) on all attendance screens, for all teachers. Therefore, it helps to raise awareness of potential trans-disciplinary problems quicker and allows for a prompter response.
Although the flag disappears after a few days, the entries remain in the database permanently and can be compiled in a PDF report at any time.
